Validez de la biopsia con aguja gruesa en el algoritmo diagnóstico de los linfomas
Resumen
Objetivos
Evaluar la validez diagnóstica de la biopsia con aguja gruesa guiada por ecografía (BGE) en el diagnóstico y subclasificación de los linfomas.
Material y métodos
Revisamos 202 BGE realizadas en nuestro centro desde julio/2013 hasta septiembre/2015 obteniendo 59 con el diagnóstico de linfoma.
Las biopsias se realizan con pistolas automáticas de 16 y 18G, realizando 3 pases de media.
