OBJETIVOS
ANALIZAR LA EVOLUCIÓN DE LA ENFERMEDAD HEPÁTICA SECUNDARIA AL VIRUS DE LA HEPATITIS C (VHC) EN PACIENTES TRATADOS CON TERAPIAS LIBRES DE INTERFERÓN
- Comparar parámetros analíticos antes y después del tratamiento
- Carga viral y marcadores bioquímicos (GOT,GPT,FA,AFP,Bilirubina,Albumina)
- Signos de hepatopatía crónica y de hipertensión portal con ecografía en modo-B
- Velocidad de corte hepática con Elastografía ARFI
- EvaluarlautilidaddelaténciaARFIlaenelseguimientodelospacientes
