Resumen
Objetivos Docentes
1. CONOCER QUE TIPOS DE HERNIA SON SUSCEPTIBLES DE BENEFICIARSE DE ESTA TÉCNICA DIAGNÓSTICA.
2. CONOCER LA TÉCNICA DE PROCESADO DE IMÁGENES QUE PERMITEN REALIZAR LA VOLUMETRÍA DE MODO PRECISO.
3. REVISIÓN DE UNA SERIE DE CASOS REALIZADOS EN NUESTRO CENTRO.
Material y métodos
- Hernias de pared abdominal : representan la protrusión de contenido de la cavidad abdominal a través de sus defectos, bien sean congénitos o adquiridos.
- Saco herniario : peritoneo parietal acompañado de contenido abdominal, más frecuentemente asas de delgado, epiplón y colon.
- Clasificación por su localización:
- INGUINAL: las más frecuentes (hasta el 80%).
- CRURAL FEMORAL
- VENTRAL: epigástrica, hipogástrica o umbilical.
- DE SPIEGEL O ANTEROLATERAL
- INCISIONAL (eventración)
- OTRAS: lumbar, obturadora…
