ESTUDIO DESCRIPTIVO DE LAS SEGUNDAS NEOPLASIAS DE MAMA DIAGNOSTICADAS EN NUESTRO CENTRO DE 2012 A 2016
Resumen
Objetivos
Describir las características de las segundas neoplasias de mama diagnosticadas en nuestro hospital entre los años 2012 y 2016 en pacientes en seguimento por cáncer de mama.
Material y métodos
- Se revisaron las historias clínicas de las pacientes con antecedente personal de cáncer de mama y diagnóstico histológico de segunda neoplasia de mama realizado en nuestro hospital entre los años 2012 y 2016, sin diferenciar entre recurrencia o segundo tumor.
- Se analiza el intervalo libre de enfermedad, la forma de diagnóstico (clínico o por imagen) y se relaciona con el tratamiento inicial conservador (TC) o no
conservador (TNC).
